The United States borders are gone as Title 42 ended last night. Was Title 42 our last defense? Our current idiocracy, AKA The Biden Crime family with their puppeteers and minions, have sent upwards of $75 billion of our money to defend Ukraine’s border, our border not so much. In fact, our border only gets an appearance from DHS Secretary, MyDorkus, to tell us how secure our border is. All the while, Biden has been playing games with, and trying to end our last remaining Trump era defense of the border, Title 42. Up to a million illegals, aware of the change, have amassed at the U.S. southern border anticipating unadulterated access to the United States and her social services.
What is Title 42?
Title 42 is a health measure put in place by the CDC in 2020 at President Donald J. Trump’s urging. Title 42 prevented sick illegal immigrants from entering the United States. Those illegals were either sent back to their country of origin, or the last known country they traveled in. The line of thinking should be if anyone is illegal, they don’t get into the country, sick or not.
Biden, according to a NY Post report, continued to use Title 42 but changed it to apply to only certain countries. Furthermore, Biden constantly changed which countries Title 42 applied to, creating a FUBAR situation for the Border Patrol. “One day, citizens of one country could be allowed to make an asylum claim at the border by turning themselves over to a border agent,” the report said, “and the next they could be subject to removal under Title 42.“

What Now?
According to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) press release from January, with the end of Title 42 there will be “a return to processing all noncitizens under the Department’s Title 8 immigration authorities.” But don’t worry, the DHS has an app for that. Literally, an app:
“Through the CBP One app, we are also providing a new mechanism for noncitizens to schedule appointments to present themselves at ports of entry, facilitating safe and orderly arrivals. Initially this will be used for those seeking an exception from the Title 42 public health order. Once the Title 42 order is no longer in place, CBP One will be used to help ensure safe and orderly processing at ports of entry. “

Feel better now that you know DHS is running an app to facilitate orderly illegal immigration? Yet, at the same time DHS is claiming that Title 8 is much more strict and are releasing ads to let illegal immigrants know. In a May 10 press release, the DHS announced “[U]sing simple, clear messages and visuals, the ads inform potential migrants that U.S. immigration laws under Title 8 are tougher.“
In the press release, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas said “we are making it very clear that our border is not open, that crossing irregularly is against the law, and that those who are not eligible for relief will be quickly returned. Do not listen to the lies of the smugglers. This is what will happen to you. You will be returned.“

What Say The Border Patrol?
The Border Patrol Union is calling bullshit on the DHS. In a tweet earlier today, the NBPC said MyDorkus was lying.
That tweet was preceded by a lengthier tweet that explained why the “Circumvention of Lawful Pathways” rule won’t work.”
In short, the Biden crime family is lying. Again. They lied about the covid tests, lockdowns, masks, and vaccines. The crime family lied about the Hunter laptop and the Ashley Biden diary being real. Before that, they all lied about Russia, about Ukraine, and about the 2020 election. The democrat party, and those that fund them always lie.
