1) California AB 969 Built on Lies and Corruption:

Claim: Hand counts of ballots are bad (harder to cheat)
Desire: Outlaw hand counts and mandate Machine only.
Author Gail Pellerin

3) In Sept 7 final hearing Pellerin for the FIRST TIME cited a study by MIT, Wisconsin, and Harvard as proving the harms with hand counts. pic.twitter.com/4E5kc73H4D

4b)Brief aside, why do they still REEEEE over Harvard? Do they not know the number of Profs that were CCP spies? Or that Harvard gave office space to Epstein?

From CBS no less https://t.co/GVxXQ2PwVu
Interesting that the CaDemocrat party doesn't want to punish child traffickers
6) But the organization in support cited during that hearing was California Association of Clerks and Election Officials (including Shasta's own). pic.twitter.com/ofrwX3qOXM

AB 969 grew some support by the next hearing (6/20) and included AFSCME.
You know, as in Janus v. AFSCME. The AFSCME that wanted to force every American to pay union dues. What did they say? Well, here. pic.twitter.com/r6n009oTFW

By the next hearing in the Senate, support for AB 969 had grown to include many "Highly Nonpartisan" orgs.
HAHAHA Just kidding! Sorry, a little sarcasm. Looks like the people are siding with Shasta.
But still NO EVIDIDENCE of HARMS that hand counts would cause. pic.twitter.com/IzYiNf5N5j

12) Important fact: The study never said ditch hand counts.

Also, why go all the way back to 2018 when the Halderman report is much more recent, thorough, and evidence based?
Maybe because it dispels Pellerin's claims about machines being secure?https://t.co/zT9MX5eFMx

Oh look! Jennifer Morrell from the Democracy Fund was on a panel.
But Morrell wasn't just on a panel, she was also on the organizing committee. Which would imply some clout and influence. pic.twitter.com/ISFDAqsmNE
16) And don't forget Democracy Fund itself, owned by far leftist founder of ebay Pierre Omidyar pic.twitter.com/y1MuzgPmQ4

Every argument used to justify AB 969 are based on lies. Biased studies are cited once and accepted as fact. nonpartisan to dems is the exact opposite in reality.
Greed and lust for power set Dems into a panic over one small county ditching machines. #IntoTheLightYouGo
